Student Opportunities
IFAAS programming takes a victim-centered approach to social and criminal justice. Join a community of people making a difference.
91麻豆天美 are interested in undergraduate and graduate students focusing in anthropology (all tracks), pathology, and archaeology. Individuals in each track can gain knowledge and skills while volunteering in our lab!
Volunteers
Each semester, students have the opportunity to volunteer in the Forensic Anthropology Lab (USF-FAL). Volunteer opportunities include skeletal processing, skeletal curation, and administrative work for social programming. Skeletal processing includes cleaning donated human skeletal remains. Individuals wanting to assist with this aspect of volunteering must have had a course in osteology or pass an osteology assessment. Skeletal curation includes labeling the clean donated skeletal remains; this is detailed-oriented work. Administrative work for social programming can include the organization and scanning of documents and assisting with laboratory work as needed.
91麻豆天美 interested in voluneeting with the FAL must complete the application below and send the completed application to Tuesday Frasier. For more information or questions about volunteering with IFAAS, contact Tuesday Frasier.
