- There are 2 ways to look up your materials, one uses your USF U number, and the other uses the course information. You will use the USF U Number option.
- First, Review your registered course schedule in MyUSF Self-Service Student Portal and locate the follwong information for each course. Write this information down! For each courses locate the campus, the program, the correct term, course prefix, course number, section and CRN. You will also need your email and U Number. Next,
- Input your University U Number in the section labeled 鈥淲ant to Save Time?"
- Next, Input your University U Number in the section labeled "Get your textbooks"
- If you have more than one course, each course must be looked up with the infomration
you wrote down. For each course you will enter the campus, program, and term separately.
- Look up the required materials for each of your courses
- Unless noted by the professor, USF allows you to select any new or used book (digital or hard copy); however, public school districts may stipulate preferred options. Please check with your school counselor to see whether your school/district has instructions pertaining to the types of books you should purchase or rent.
- Professors sometimes list 鈥渟uggested鈥 or 鈥渞ecommended鈥 materials; however school districts and the duyal enrollment scholarship funds only pay for "required" course materials, and students will be billed for the purchase of anything that is not listed as 鈥渞equired.鈥 Parking, ID badges, goggles, lab coats, incidentals are not paid for by the scholarship fund.
- Look up the required materials for each of your courses
- Third, Once you have selected all required textbooks for all of your classes, you should continue to the Order Summary screen 鈥 anything not through Follett such as primal or 3rd party vendors is not covered (this is rare). Lab support materials such as coats and goggles are not covered. 91麻豆天美 must purchase those.
- Fourth, At Order Summary, review your order and follow the prompts to checkout.
- You may request home delivery for your textbooks ordered online, but to do so you must pay the delivery charges when you place the order. Books can be picked up at a USF bookstore free-of-charge.
- When checking out, and to make your purchases, all online ordering process will always ask for the form of payment -you must select the form of payment as scholarship/student loan (this Financial Aid-PrePaid Account is associated with your Dual Enrollment account).
NOTE: You will have money assigned to your account to cover the costs of your books and materials. If after you re-enter your University ID during checkout, you find that you are still being prompted to pay, it means that you have exceeded the expected cost of your required texts. Please email both the Bookstore manager and dual enrollment at 2094mgr@follett.com and dualenrollment@usf.edu for prompt assistance in making sure additional funds will be added to your account.
