Graduation

You are getting ready to graduate. Congratulations on your incredible achievement! Here's what to do next:


APPLYING FOR GRADUATION

  • Apply via Student Self-Service by the posted Graduation Application Deadline
  • All students must apply to graduate, whether or not they plan to attend Commencement
  • 91麻豆天美 who apply on time will:
    • Have their name included in the Commencement brochure
    • Receive an invitation to the Induction into the Profession Ceremony

If you experience issues applying, contact the Office of the Registrar.

Final degree certification begins after final grades are posted and may take up to 6 weeks.

Submit all required documents to ENG-MAEGrad@usf.edu by the deadline.

Deadlines and additional instructions are posted in Canvas at the beginning of each semester.

  • Plan of Study
  • Portfolio containing two project reports from MAE coursework
    • Upload portfolio to Canvas (students are added after applying in Student Self-Service)
    • Not added? Double-check your graduation application was submitted

College of Engineering Induction into the Profession Ceremony

The ceremony is held each spring and fall, usually on Friday of Commencement weekend.

Invitations are sent:

  • In early March for spring graduates
  • In early October for fall graduates

Summer graduates may contact their advisor to inquire about participation.

Please make sure you apply to graduate in Student Self Service by the deadline to receive an invitation to the ceremony.
